We had just started thinking about buying a new home when we
met Steve Church. We had worked with other realtors and were left
unsure and out in the open about the whole process - selling our old
home and buying a new one. Steve made us feel at ease. He met with us
at hours that worked with our schedules, which was usually in the
evenings. He required no commitments whatsoever, and did not pressure
us to make decisions we were not ready to make. Steve’s years of
experience benefited us in his knowledge of the process and allowed us
to put our trust in him. It worked out beautifully. The sale of our
old house, and the purchase of our new one (which was under
construction at the time) went seamlessly. It was a positive
experience. We believe the only reason we’re now in our dream home is
because we met Steve Church. We would recommend him highly for anyone
looking to buy or sell a home.
